Drug Pusher Nabbed

CAMILING, Tarlac -- Police arrested the fourth notorious drug pusher in the province during a buy bust operation conducted Thursday afternoon on Baltazar St., Poblacion I, this town.

In a report to Tarlac police director Senior Supt. Alfred Corpus, Chief Insp. Diosdado Lagasca, this town Chief of police, identified the suspect as Francis Tabor, 32, jobless.

Lagasca said that at about 4 p.m. Wednesday, PO3 Edgar Esteban, posing as buyer, was able to buy from Tabor a plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.

At about 3:15 p.m. Thursday, Esteban and a civilian agent were able to buy again a shabu weighing .051 grams for P500 (marked money).

Esteban signalled the operating team who were strategically positioned but the suspect was able to escape on board his motorcycle. However, he was cornered in Bgy. Palimbo Caarosipan after a brief chase.

Recovered from the suspect were two pieces of P500 marked money, several shabu paraphernalia and P11,180 which were brought to the Provincial Crime Laboratory for examination. The suspect was detained at Camiling police jail facing drug charges.
